If you've lost or forgotten your password, simply enter your registered email address, and you'll be emailed with your password instantly. You can change your password by clicking on the 'my profile' link that will appear in the main menu, once you've logged in with the password that we send you.
If you no longer have access to the email account with which you registered, please click here to contact us so that we can resolve it for you quickly. For privacy reasons, we cannot provide registered email addresses to other accounts without sufficient identification - please ensure that you provide as much detail with your request as possible (first/last name, suburb/town of residence, team name, password (if known), league name/code entered, etc).
Q. I requested my password here and I am sure that I've registered with a correct email
address, however I didn't receive the email with my login details...
A. If you didn't receive your password reminder email, please check that it was not
filtered into your Junk Mail or Spam folders. You will need to check your Spam settings to ensure
that you can receive email from virtualsports.com.au and add this address
to your 'known senders list' to ensure that they are not being blocked, deleted or filtered out
automatically by your email program.
